You may view and shop via our website subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all orders and delivery requests placed by you. We may change, suspend or discontinue the use of this website, or restrict access to parts of it without notice or liability.
We will use our best endeavours to keep this website updated and provide accurate information. We do not accept any liability for any loss.
2. Buying From Us
You agree that the details you provide are correct and complete. When ordering from us you must provide your real name and address. We will not share these with third parties but may use them for our own marketing. More information about how we handle your data can be found in our privacy policy.
The contract between you and us is not concluded until such time as the goods are accepted at the time of delivery or collection. You or a person over 18 must be available to accept the goods at the time of delivery. You or they may refuse to accept delivery in which case we will offer a full refund. We may cancel your order at any time in which case we will offer a full refund.
We will ensure that goods are stored in appropriate conditions prior to delivery. Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the goods are collected from us or delivered to the address you requested. We are not responsible for spoilage of perishable goods if there is nobody available to accept receipt at the time and address we agreed.
The weight of some goods may vary marginally from that stated on the website.
We are a smallholding and send livestock for slaughter infrequently. Meat will be delivered chilled if delivered within 3 days of receipt from our butchers, after this time it will be delivered frozen.
3. Visiting Us
All visits are strictly by appointment and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any visit for operational or animal health reasons.
You must tell us if you have had contact with pigs or poultry in the week preceding the visit.
You agree to follow our instructions during the visit for your safety and the welfare of our livestock.
Riverside is a working smallholding with steep and uneven paths. Visits are not suitable for people in poor health and you are advised to wear appropriate outdoor footwear and clothing.
